Claw marks have always been a point of fascination for me. They are a moment of the past. Possibly a fight or maybe just a trail marker. Some claw marks are used for leaving a trail and identification. The best part is that they are a mystery when discovered, very much like footprints. They leave the viewer guessing what species and what circumstance.
