This piece is a rendition of our Canadian Flag. It is made from a number of plastic bags all melted together.
The history of this flag dates back to 1965 when then Prime Minister, Lester B. Pearson commissioned an official flag for the newly independent country. The official design was suggested by Canadian history scholar, George Stanley and refined later by committee. The flag remains as unique as the country itself.
