Turtle Target

$125.00 CAD

It's always a thrill to see a turtle swimming underwater while snorkeling. Whether in northern territories or the tropics, these dinosaur-like creatures are a miracle to observe swimming.

Unfortunately, plastic waste in our oceans are of particular danger to turtles. Especially shopping bags as they mistake them for jellyfish, a turtle's primary food source. Also, the accumulation of plastics at key nesting beaches means that baby turtles are among the most at risk from plastic entanglement, preventing them from reaching the sea.

30% of the revenue from your purchase of this artwork will go towards the preservation of turtles. Selected charities such as WWF or The Canadian Sea Turtle Network (CSTN) will be granted a donation upon sale.

There is an equivalent of 12.4 plastic bags saved from landfill in this piece.
